The font mapping files didn’t seem to work, so I used a font that I knew existed on both the Windows development machine and the AIX server. Additionally, we had to make sure that the account on AIX from which the Oracle Reports service is started has the proper privileges to use the chosen font. There may be some instances where specific font sizes are available on Windows but not on AIX. As expected, a good test font to use in both environments is Helvetica (Adobe $).
